The Birdy P40 is the first world's fully hydroformed bicycle made by Pacific Cycles. The unibody main frame is now structurally stronger, stiffer, more rigid and sturdy. The Birdy P40 has no visible welding joints due to its innovative hydroform technology.
The Birdy P40 comes with the Shimano Tiagra 10-speed derailleur, offering precise and long lasting shifting performance.
The hydroformed bike has a 52T 7075 CNC narrow-wide chainring without the use of double chain guards. This reduces the bike's weight significantly.
The Birdy P40 uses a high performance architectural grade powder coating made in Italy.
This gives the bike its unique rough matte finish and makes the bike frame corrosion-resistant.
